April Cottage is a spacious traditional Norfolk cottage situated in one of the quiet hidden yards close to the centre of Wells-next-the-Sea. Just a short stroll to a delightful variety of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants.
The cottage is close to the quay and is ideal for walking along sweeping beaches and through pinewoods, birdwatching, fishing, sailing, cycling and just generally relaxing.
The accommodation offers three comfortable bedrooms, one with double bed, one with two single beds and one with one single bed. All bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe and drawer space.
The modern bathroom is complete with bath and shower.
Downstairs there is a good sized sitting room with a dining table and comfortable seating for up to 5. There is a TV, DVD, and flame effect gas fire for the winter months.
There is a small cloakroom downstairs off the hall way.
The property has a modern, well equipped kitchen which includes a double electric oven and grill with electric hob, microwave, fridgefreezer, dishwasher and a washing machine
Bedlinen, electricity, wifi and full gas central heating are included. There is a small enclosed courtyard with outdoor seating to the rear of the property.
The cottage benefits from a parking spot right outside the front door. In the rare event that this parking spot is taken, then a vehicle can be parked to the rear of the cottage in front of the far left hand garage (ours) but we would ask that guests ensure that they are not blocking our neighbours in any way and move the vehicle back to the front of the cottage at the earliest convenience.
